I would absolutely recommend serving with Made To Serve for so many reasons. This experience has helped my faith grow in incredible ways and has shown me how impactful it is to share the Gospel with ALL of God’s children. It has truly softened my heart and helped me realize that Jesus loves everyone, and we are called to do the same. Jesus left the ninety nine for the one, and that should be our mission as well. Even if we serve for months and only bring one person to Christ, it is completely worth it. I was surprised by how many people were open and curious about Jesus; they just need someone willing to share His love with them.

It’s a great way to serve Lord by caring for the least of these. It’s also great because you get to build community with people who also have a passion for serving the Lord and others. It is also a privilege and honor to get to know the people we serve and listen to their stories and pray with them.

At the end of each Saturday that I volunteer with Made to Serve, I feel fulfilled. My body sometimes is tired , but my spirit always is renewed. It is because by helping others in need, I become the hands and feet of Jesus.
